Too Many Hours
My husband is desperately in need of a raise. By the time you figure in the hours he works and the amount he brings home, he makes less than minimum wage. That’s his fault, not the hotel’s. They don’t have any business performance management software, or something to monitor his hours. It’s not like they care too much, he’s there working whether he’s supposed to be or not. Saves them a ton of money on another employee. But I hate it.

I hear your pain. My DH works about 80 hours a week but is on commissions (mechanic) so gets paid a certain amount for the job, not paid for travel to the locations or picking up and ordering the parts, etc. He’s really to jump off a cliff! Poor guy. He works about 80 hours & gets paid for about 32!
